How to create an Offline Document

  1. Make sure your account is connected to Google Reader. If it is not connected, click here for instructions on how to connect your account.
  2. Now that you are synced with Google Reader, go to your settings and click on the “Feeds” tab.
  3. In the “Feeds” section of settings you will see all the feeds that you are currently subscribed to. The second will allow you to download the previous document that you created (just in case something happened in the transmission). Click on “Create New Book.”
  5. You will be taken to a page with a button that reads, “Build Book.” Click on this button and your unread, selected subscriptions will be created into an EPUB ebook for your nook. Follow the instructions and right click on the link to save to your computer.
  6. Once the document is on your computer to can move it over to your nook by connecting your nook via a USB cable to your computer. Navigate to the directory where you saved the “nookfeed.epub” document that you just downloaded.
  7. Plug in your nook via a USB cable.
  8. Open another file explorer window, navigate to the drive called “nook,” and double click on the folder called “My Documents.”
  9. Drag the “nookfeed.epub” document to this folder.
